MAG awarded a Smart Grant
We have been awarded an Innovate Smart Grant
We are glad to announce that we have been awarded an Innovate UK Smart Grant, allowing MAG and its R&D partners Electric Skies and Royal Holloway University of London to build a demonstrator to showcase and market our vision and product.
In January 2022 we formed a consortium with our R&D partners and applied for an Innovate UK Smart Grant, a highly competitive public funding opportunity offered by Innovate UK, the UK's innovation agency.
Part of the public organisation UK Research and Innovation, Innovate UK is a funding body whose mission is to drive productivity and economic growth by supporting businesses to develop and realise the potential of new ideas across game-changing and commercially viable R&D innovation (that can significantly impact the UK economy ).
Ideas such as MAG, in which one of the Innovate UK Independent Assessors saw "the game-changing and innovative potential" to positively "shape the future of the global music industry".
Being awarded an Innovate UK Smart Grant is a concrete stepping stone for MAG.
